Your Mission
Within an engineering and innovation team, you participate in the development of new technological solutions intended for industrial applications with high technical demands. Your expertise in applied physics will enable you to provide innovative responses to challenges related to performance, reliability, and optimisation of complex systems.
You are involved from the research and feasibility phases through to the technical validation of the developed solutions.
Main Responsibilities
- Study and develop new concepts based on principles of applied physics.
- Carry out modelling, calculations, and simulations to assess the performance of proposed solutions.
- Design, implement, and analyse experimental test campaigns.
- Participate in solving complex technical problems and propose areas for improvement.
- Work closely with R&D, mechanical, materials, and industrialisation teams.
- Contribute to the identification and integration of emerging technologies that can enhance product competitiveness.
- Ensure scientific and technological monitoring within your field of expertise.
Profile Sought
- Engineering degree, Master’s or Doctorate in Applied Physics, Electromagnetism, or an equivalent scientific discipline.
- Proven experience of at least 5 years in an industrial, research, or technological development environment.
- Proficiency with simulation and scientific analysis tools.
- Strong investigative, modelling, and result interpretation skills.
- High technical curiosity, autonomy, and innovative spirit.
- Ability to operate in a multidisciplinary environment and collaborate with various professions.
Appreciated Skills
- Knowledge of electromagnetic phenomena and complex physical interactions.
- Experience in conducting tests and experimental validation.
- Familiarity with product development methods and innovation processes.
- Basic knowledge of optics, photonics, or advanced technologies is an advantage.
