To support us in this necessary digital shift for better care in Switzerland, we are looking for a: Specialist (80 – 100%) Your missions/activities You will strengthen a team of experts in digital health. You will ensure the management of service life cycles. You will be the main contact regarding the technical and functional aspects of the services. You will autonomously manage, analyze, and resolve issues while considering the impacts on the profession and related services. Your skills You organize your work, prioritize different tasks, and manage priorities independently. You are comfortable with interconnected services. You possess the curiosity and perseverance necessary to solve incidents independently. You master various testing methodologies of solutions and can manage your stress. You maintain an overview and provide responses while defending the interests of the parties involved. You excel in storytelling and know how to adapt your language to different stakeholders. You have technical expertise in the health sector. You have solid knowledge of IHE profiles and the FHIR standard. Your profile A degree from a higher education institution in a relevant field or equivalent experience. At least 3 years of experience in managing a significant service and its life cycle. Knowledge of the health sector in Switzerland, its players, and its networks. Fluency in French or German with an excellent knowledge of the other language; ability to express and write documents in English.
