Your mission:
- Ensure the operation of applications in the logistics/billing/inventory management portfolio in collaboration with various stakeholders;
- ensure the integration of applications into the IT architecture, the application lifecycle, and maintain related documentation;
- take on the role of functional specialist/expert on specific and technical issues related to critical applications;
- advise and propose solutions related to integration and/or interfacing issues;
- participate in projects to improve and integrate new complex systems;
- guarantee the planning and implementation of new features;
- organise and plan tests and changes for new versions, coordinate deployments.
Your profile:
- Federal VET Diploma as an IT specialist or medical IT specialist, or Bachelor in Computer Science or equivalent training;
- 3 to 5 years of experience in managing applications and complex systems;
- excellent knowledge of ERP systems and their structure;
- very good knowledge of office and IT software;
- knowledge of ITIL best practices;
- good communication and listening skills;
- strong sense of collaboration and drive;
- innovation and organisational skills;
- proactivity and sense of responsibility;
- good writing skills in French and German;
- native French or German speaker with very good knowledge of the second language and English.
