IT and Interface SpecialistYour missionWithin the IT team, you play a key role in the evolution and development of our environment. You intervene on both IT infrastructures and business applications and solutions used in our company. Your main objective: ensure advanced technical support, contribute to the continuous improvement of our services, and become a key player in the continuity of our systems.Responsibilities- Administer and maintain Windows Server, Active Directory, and network infrastructures.- Manage and evolve our Microsoft 365 and Intune environment.- Diagnose and resolve complex technical incidents.- Participate in the deployment and support of business applications and laboratory instruments.- Ensure the maintenance and monitoring of critical infrastructure components.- Document systems, procedures, and best practices.- Contribute to evolution, security, and optimization projects for IT.- Collaborate with business teams to understand needs and propose adapted solutions.Profile- Higher education in IT or equivalent experience.- Solid knowledge of Microsoft environments (Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365).- Experience in systems administration and skills in analysis, diagnosis, and problem-solving.- Autonomous, structured, and solution-oriented approach.- Ability to understand business needs and challenge requests when necessary.- Interest in varied technical environments and experience with Intune, VMware ESXi, networks, and security.- Knowledge of industrial or laboratory environments or experience in the maintenance of medical equipment.- Knowledge of Mirth Connect or willingness to quickly develop skills. jida8b443faen jit0832aen jpiy26aen
