Apple Systems Engineer / Endpoint Management (m/f/d)

On behalf of our client based in Lausanne, we are looking for an Apple Systems Engineer / Endpoint Management (m/f/d) responsible for administering, securing and developing the macOS and iPadOS environment as well as centralised endpoint management solutions.
Your mission
- Administer and maintain Jamf Pro as well as the configurations and services associated with managing the macOS, iOS, iPadOS and tvOS fleet.
- Ensure the management and integration of devices in the fleet, notably through Apple Business Manager, enrolment mechanisms and configuration profiles.
- Manage the integration and deployment of applications, policies, certificates and configurations intended for Apple devices.
- Monitor developments in macOS, iOS and iPadOS, carry out compatibility tests and validate new versions before their production deployment.
- Diagnose issues related to MDM and the Apple fleet and automate certain administrative operations using Python scripts.
Your profile
- 3 to 5 years of experience in administering professional Apple environments.
- Good command of Jamf Pro (or equivalent), macOS and MDM management principles for iOS and iPadOS environments.
- Experience with Apple Business Manager, Automated Device Enrolment and centralised management of Apple devices.
- Python knowledge enabling understanding, maintenance or development of administration and automation scripts.
- Autonomy, rigour, analytical skills and a service-oriented mindset, with residence located less than an hour from Lausanne.
