It integrates analytical technologies of the future with high-tech automated and digital laboratories, all within a flexible, agile, and highly collaborative environment. Your Role:Reporting to the Analytical Development Lab Manager within the Global Analytical Development organization, you will contribute to daily liquid chromatography (LC) and mass spectrometry (MS) activities for analytical testing, as well as method implementation, utilizing advanced analytical instruments and facilities. Your Key Responsibilities in This Role Are:Conduct LC and MS-based analytical testing using robotic setups.Perform MS data treatment.Provide input and identify problems with scientific experiments in related areas; contribute to laboratory investigations and troubleshooting; meet quality and safety standards.Design LC and MS experiments, review data and analytical documentation in the context of method performance evaluation in collaboration with scientists using existing or investigational procedures.Support the development of analytical methods automation and ensure high-throughput analytics to support process development of new biopharmaceutical entities (NBEs), including antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs) and other new modalities.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including biochemistry, formulation, quality control, analytical, and drug substance/drug product project leads, to support biologics development programs.Stay updated with the latest advancements in mass spectrometry and biologics development to drive innovation within the team, including support for novel process analytical technology approaches. Who You Are:Graduate degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Biology, or Biotechnology with a minimum of 2 years of experience in liquid chromatography and/or mass spectrometry.Proven experience in LC analysis dedicated to biopharmaceuticals, including RPLC, SEC, DAR, and PA quantification analysis, with hands-on experience with common LC instruments and software.Proven experience in MS analysis dedicated to biopharmaceuticals, such as peptide mapping, DAR, and intact protein analysis, with hands-on experience with common MS instruments and software.Experience in analytical method development, from experiment design to report and working instruction writing.Good understanding of upstream and downstream processes in the context of biopharmaceutical development is a plus.Knowledge of international guidelines (e.g., ICH) for biopharmaceuticals; familiarity with data generation, data processing, data quality principles, and Quality by Design (e.g., Design of Experiments).Experience with automation technologies, including liquid handlers, is an asset.Curiosity and an open mind towards new tools and technology, with a change management mindset to influence future ways of working within the team.Strong communication skills to inspire and motivate the team, with proven collaborative abilities; fluent in English, with proficiency in French being a plus.
