YOUR FUNCTIONOffer & mobility concepts (approx. 30%)- Develop and implement mobility concepts and timetable projects (line traffic, school services, substitute services) while ensuring their feasibility with the necessary resources and internal services.- Transmit timetable data to internal and external partners within legal deadlines.- Ensure the completeness, coherence, and quality of data in the tools.Needs in vehicles (approx. 20%)- Determine vehicle needs in the short and medium term.- Study alternatives and formulate concrete and reasoned proposals.- Participate in working groups related to quality standards, personnel planning, and scheduling (approx. 30%).- Design the annual service tours for staff.- Ensure compliance with applicable regulations (LDT, OTR, personnel regulations).- Participate in the planning of working hours, leave, and vacations.- Analyze and transmit the necessary service documents related to service documentation (approx. 20%).- Produce and follow up on data related to the offer (TRV/TU indices, punctuality, modified concepts).- Contribute to data necessary for budgets, closure reports, and analysis.- Participate in the creation of internal and external service documents.- Contribute to the development of tools, processes, and documentation.PROFILECFC or equivalent professional qualification (required). Ideally: CFC business employee, CFC transport agent, or specialist in public transport (BF). Confirmed experience (minimum of 2 years) in the management of offers and timetable concepts in public transport (graphic design and/or styling). Good knowledge of standards and regulations in public transport (LDT, LTV, OTR). Comfortable with graphic design/styling tools and software. A solid understanding of constraints and excellent mastery of all tools, which can be consolidated through analytical, structured, and solution-oriented support. A reliable, rigorous person who is comfortable in an interdisciplinary environment.
