An Electronic and Mechanical Access Control System Technician (100%) - Permanent Contract
Location: Lausanne with travel across all EVAM sites in the canton of Vaud
Start date: As soon as possible
Salary scale : 5 (this scale applies with validated prerequisites, otherwise classification is at class -1)
What you bring to our mission
As an electronic and mechanical access control system technician, you ensure the security and proper functioning of access control installations across all EVAM sites.
You work on both new projects and existing installations, managing technical aspects, coordinating work, and maintaining equipment. Thanks to your expertise, you guarantee reliable infrastructures, compliant with current standards and adapted to user needs.
You operate in a varied role, combining fieldwork, site coordination, troubleshooting, and technical management within an autonomous and solution-oriented team.

Your key missions
You manage installation and modernisation projects of electronic and mechanical access control systems, from needs analysis to commissioning.
You ensure preventive and corrective maintenance of installations, diagnose faults, and intervene promptly to guarantee their proper functioning and compliance.
You coordinate sites and various stakeholders, ensuring respect for deadlines, safety standards, and quality of work.
You handle technical and administrative aspects of installations, including system programming, file monitoring, stock management, and cost control.
You advise and support users as well as internal and external partners, providing your technical expertise and solutions adapted to field needs.
You contribute to the continuous improvement of installations and procedures, proposing technical optimisations and participating in the evolution of EVAM infrastructures.
Your profile
Federal Certificate of Capacity (CFC) in locksmithing, metal construction, or an equivalent technical trade.
At least 5 years of experience in access control or a similar role.
Experience in team coordination, work management, or site supervision.
Excellent ability to read and interpret architectural plans and technical diagrams.
Driving licence essential.
