In the centers, we ensure that in case of emergency, the necessary measures are taken in a minimum of time and that people can be helped. Imagine you have just called the police for a burglary at a villa. The emergency call from a specialist working alone appears on your screen and you must manage it. An elderly person has fallen and is calling for help. As soon as you send the response partners, they have already arrived, ready to intervene on-site. You receive an alarm following a robbery at a jeweler's; events and many other situations punctuate the daily missions at Certas! As an operator, you work behind the scenes and thus ensure the safety of our clients. PROFILE You hold a vocational certificate or equivalent. You possess very good oral communication skills in French and Italian (B2 level required). Mastery of German and/or English is an asset. You bring experience of working night shifts (minimum 3 consecutive nights). YOUR STRENGTHS You are an exceptional individual who knows how to set priorities and demonstrate social skills. You have behavior suitable for stressful situations and an impeccable morality (clean criminal record, no legal proceedings, or debt enforcement actions).
