In this key role, you will assume the operational and overall responsibility for our alarm center asHead of Alarm Center (80%-100%)YOUR MISSION WITH US- You lead the alarm center (approx. 40 people in shift operation) and develop your department and team further- You ensure a stable, efficient, and high-quality 24/7 operation and are responsible for compliance with all regulatory and safety-relevant quality standards- You derive clear goals and measures for your department from the strategy and implement them effectively- You drive the continuous optimization of processes, interfaces, and workflows (especially in the areas of connection service, customer service, and sales) and lead cross-departmental projects- You analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and derive targeted measures for performance improvement- You actively drive the digitalization and further development of the alarm center (systems, work equipment, tools)- You ensure high service quality and customer satisfaction in critical situations- You are the central contact person for internal and external stakeholders and a sparring partner for the management board regarding decisions in the operational areaWHAT YOU BRING- You have a completed tertiary education (University of Applied Sciences/University, at least a Bachelor's degree) in electrical engineering, business administration, security management, or a comparable field- You bring several years of leadership experience in a 24/7 environment (ideally in a control center, alarm center, or a similar service environment)- You have native-level proficiency in German; French is mandatory at at least a B2 level- You work in a structured manner, maintain an overview even in critical situations, and make clear decisions- You possess a pronounced awareness of quality and safety- You are proficient in the analysis of KPIs and use them specifically for the management and further development of your area- You are an assertive, resilient, and motivating leadership personality- You tackle topics proactively and implement changes consistently and sustainablyWHAT WE OFFER- Responsible key role with direct impact on the core of our company- High degree of creative freedom in a security-critical and meaningful environment- Dynamic working environment with exciting challenges in 24/7 operation and regular exchange with our management- Attractive employment conditions and benefits- Central location in Zurich with very good connections to public transport and our own underground parking garageAre you the person we are looking for?Then apply now via our application form.To all recruitment agencies:Please note the terms and conditions of the Securitas Group.
