For the future development of our Swiss entity in Zurich, we are seeking highly qualified and motivated
Aircraft Maintenance Planner
Role Objective
As an Aircraft Maintenance Planner, you ensure that maintenance events are efficiently planned, prepared, and coordinated. You act as the central interface between customers, operations, and internal stakeholders, ensuring smooth execution from planning to completion.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and coordinate aircraft maintenance events in close collaboration with Sales, CAMO, and aircraft owners
Ensure timely availability of all required materials and parts for scheduled maintenance inputs
Monitor and adjust maintenance schedules, including changes in ground time and deferred items
Track project preparation progress and ensure readiness in line with defined milestones
Support Customer Service Managers (CSMs) and Technical Service Managers (TSMs) with administrative and commercial activities, including coordination of down payments with Finance
Manage and ensure compliant customs handling (import/export, declaration and deregistration) of aircraft, engines, propellers, and APUs
Provide relevant planning input and operational feedback to Sales for customer quotations
Ensure compliance with customer, regulatory, and company requirements
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience in a planning, coordination, or administrative role (ideally within aviation, MRO, or a technical environment)
Technical aviation background preferred (e.g. CAMO, maintenance, operations)
Strong IT skills, ideally SAP and MS Office
Strong numerical affinity and structured working approach
Self-motivated team player with a proactive mindset
Fluent in German and English (additional languages are an asset)
EU/EFTA citizenship or valid Swiss work permit
