We welcome our valued passengers in our lounges and to strengthen our team, we are looking for Traffic Agents at Geneva airport: Airport Traffic Agents. Type: auxiliary or entry position: July 1st. As the conductor on the runway, you coordinate all interventions around the aircraft during its stopover (cleaning, fueling, maintenance, etc.) to ensure it departs on time under optimal conditions. You also develop the loading plan from the perspectives we want to give you an exciting professional experience at the heart of an open field. Responsibilities:- Ensure optimal cooperation with all stakeholders during the flight.- Plan the distribution of loads in the aircraft.- Coordinate the services to be provided during the ground handling of the aircraft.- Establish trim sheets.- Anticipate needs for the smooth running of ground operations.- Check the presence of all teams that need to intervene on the aircraft.- Ensure compliance with regulations related to the transport of dangerous goods.- Anticipate incidents that could delay the departure of the aircraft.- Verify clearance in the controlled movement area of the aircraft.- Manually complete the weight and balance document, edit a loading plan.- Edit the Loadsheet using professional software.- Anticipate and regulate the boarding of passengers in coordination with the passenger service.- Carry out departure procedures (aircraft tour, headset/voice pushback).- Ensure the completeness of all elements comprising the flight file.- Complete the flight file.Your profile:- Very good level of English and fluent French.- Previous experience as a Traffic Agent, aircraft chief (RZA), and/or comfort with numbers.- Analytical and team spirit with a sense of physical conditions (lifting loads).- Very good stress resistance and ability to work irregular hours.- Driving license is essential.- Clean criminal record.- Work from Monday to Sunday, with irregular hours, outdoors and partially indoors.
