What makes this position particularly interesting and stimulating:
- You analyse and process AHV/AI benefit claims
- You provide information to insured persons by phone and/or at our reception
- You collaborate with various service providers and social insurance institutions
- You write correspondence in German and French.
What you bring to HOTELA:
- You have completed a commercial apprenticeship (CFC) or an equivalent qualification. A generalist training in social insurances is an advantage
- You are a native German or French speaker with at least a C1 level in the second language. Italian is an asset
- You are responsible, organised, structured and autonomous
- You enjoy teamwork and want to develop within a pleasant and friendly environment
- You are proficient in the use of common IT tools.

Your tasks:
- You check and process benefit applications in the AHV/IV area
- You provide information to our insured persons by phone and at reception
- You work closely with various service providers and social insurance carriers
- You write correspondence in German and French
Your profile:
- Commercial training (EFZ) or equivalent qualification; further training in social insurances is an advantage
- Native German or French speaker with very good knowledge (at least C1) of the other language; Italian is an advantage
- Independent, structured and responsible working style
- Team-oriented personality with enjoyment of a sociable working environment
- Confident use of common IT applications
