Agricultural Manager - Mill (H/F) Job Description As a mill manager at the establishments in the plain of Orbe, you assist detained individuals in their daily work. You share your professional knowledge with them, enabling them to develop new social and professional skills, thereby contributing to their reintegration. Through your commitment, you contribute to the protection of health by ensuring the supervision and monitoring of detained individuals; you act at all times in accordance with our values: Loyalty, Solidarity, Credibility. Responsibilities Train and supervise detained individuals in activities related to (drying and storage of internally produced grains; mixing of animal feed for the estate; support for various agricultural tasks depending on needs and seasonal work). Manage and supervise based on the instructions of the sector manager while adhering to legal hygiene and safety standards at work. Ensure a reassuring and structured working context and implement individualized intervention plans defined in a multidisciplinary team. Collect daily necessary information from detained individuals and draft socio-professional reports addressed to the relevant authorities; monitor the movements of detained individuals working in drafting behavior reports for your superiors to report any events with internal and external stakeholders, sharing insights and reflections. A CFC ideally in an agricultural profession, or related, or in another federal profession as a detention officer, or commit to experience in the agricultural field, and/or have a professional experience of 10 years in the sector; mastery of the French language both orally and in writing, knowledge of foreign languages, ease in human interaction, and a sense of responsibility and mental and physical capabilities to manage sometimes difficult situations or conflicts while maintaining an appropriate distance from your function. Ability to manage analytical and synthesis tasks. Hold a valid work permit; employment requirements stipulate that you must be Swiss or a holder of a C permit, free from any debt collection records (a certificate from the Debt Enforcement Office must be presented during the process), and your criminal record must be clean.
