To support our growth, we are recruiting an Agricultural Mechanic 100%. To strengthen our team, you will work closely with our existing mechanic.Main responsibilities:- Repair or replace defective parts (braking systems, transmission, hydraulics, etc.).- Adapt or modify equipment according to needs (small welds, adjustments).- Perform mechanical diagnostics on equipment.- Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance.- Perform maintenance services on agricultural machinery.- Prepare machines for technical inspections.- Repair and maintain engines.- Monitor needs for supplies or spare parts.Profile:- Basic technical training in mechanics, ideally a Federal VET Diploma (CFC) as an agricultural machinery mechanic, automotive mechanic, industrial mechanic, or equivalent qualification.- Professional experience of at least two years in the agricultural, industrial, or automotive field.- Solid skills in diagnostics and troubleshooting.- Proficiency in French, both oral and written.- Knowledge of welding is an asset.- Sense of rigor and autonomy.- Ability to manage priorities and demonstrate versatility.- Aptitude for teamwork and collaboration with different departments.- Availability and flexibility, particularly during periods of high agricultural activity.Conditions and benefits:- Fresh vegetables available twice a week.- Equipment provided.- Work environment where every employee is valued.- 5 weeks of vacation.- 13th-month salary. jid0a4c923aen jit0832aen jpiy26aen
