To strengthen our "after-sales service" department, we are looking for a:
After-Sales Technician - Swiss Market (M/F)
YOUR MISSION AND CHALLENGES:
You are responsible for the installation of our product ranges and also ensure their maintenance and troubleshooting at our clients, mainly for the Swiss market. As an expert in your field, you ensure the transfer of know-how and technical knowledge to end users.
Out in the field daily, you are the brand ambassador and the main driver of continuous improvement by finding appropriate technical solutions. In constant contact with our customers, you represent our company through your quality interventions.
YOUR BACKGROUND AND SKILLS:
• Holder of a technical qualification (automotive or industrial mechanics)
• Native French or German speaker, with good knowledge of the other language. English is a plus
• Ideally, you have several years of experience in an after-sales service in the machine tool sector
• Knowledge of electricity is required
• Customer- and solution-oriented, you appreciate versatility and autonomy in your work
• You stand out by your ability to work under deadline pressure and resourcefulness is your best asset
• Team spirit and good interpersonal skills are essential for this role, where you will regularly interact with various stakeholders, both internally and externally
• Category B driving licence
