Job Description :
- Writing repair orders / work orders
- Assignment, organisation and planning of interventions
- Monitoring and control of assigned activities
- Application of the quality procedures in force within the company (cleanliness, compliance with environmental standards and safety rules)
- Management of replacement vehicles
With customers :
- Proposal of packages / additional sale of products and services
- Invoicing / payment collection
- Return of the vehicle to the customer
- Promotion of the company’s service offers
Profile sought
Training:
- With initial professional experience, you hold a Federal VET Diploma as a commercial employee or technical training in the sector. Ideally, you have already proven yourself in a car dealership.
- Autonomous, organised, rigorous and stress-resistant personality, you adopt a positive attitude and have a good ability to work in a team
- You are comfortable with numbers and have excellent mastery of IT tools and data processing.
- Permanent contact with customers, by phone and at the counter, is not an obstacle for you.
- Good command of spoken and written French
- Work rate: 100%.
