Our group currently manages 3 garages and a body shop, located in Acacias and Grand-Pré, where we offer the brands Jaguar, Land Rover, Volvo and Morgan, as well as after-sales services, original spare parts and accessories shops. A family-owned and independent company founded in 1968, we grow thanks to the skills and commitment of our hundred employees, while remaining true to our values.
To support the development of our activities, we are looking for a
After-Sales Service Advisor (100%)
Main activities:
- Welcome, advise and assist a demanding clientele with professionalism and courtesy
- Identify customer needs, then plan and coordinate workshop interventions while optimising the schedule
- Prepare and explain quotes, invoices and administrative documents related to after-sales service
- Ensure personalised follow-up of customer files until the vehicle is returned
- Manage and resolve complaints efficiently with a solution-oriented approach
- Actively promote additional services, maintenance contracts and personalised offers
- Ensure customer satisfaction and contribute to maintaining a service level in line with luxury brand standards
Your profile
- Technical or commercial training (CFC or equivalent)
- Proven experience in a similar role, ideally in the premium/luxury segment
- Fluency in French and minimum C1 English required
- Excellent communication skills and strong customer service orientation
- Ability to manage several files simultaneously with rigour and organisation
- Good command of IT tools and automotive business software
- Impeccable presentation, professional and solution-oriented attitude
- Flexibility, proactivity and strong team-working skills
