Responsibilities:
Assesses and processes new student's applications at all levels, including summer programs applications
Prepares the acceptance letter, visa attestation, the invoice and statement of account
Sending out acceptance documents for GIHE CH and GIHE UK, by UPS or regular courier
Refers back to the international enrolment team if there are any queries related to the application, preventing to process the file
Reply in a timely manner to any query on the shared mailboxes
Issue unconditional attestations of registration for Embassies and Cantonal Immigrational offices in support of the student visa formalities
Provides active support in the collection of missing Admissions documents before the intake up to 10 weeks after the semester start
Matriculate students in accordance with the HES
Scan all the new admissions files once complete and save them in the student database (Academia)
Participates in the sessions to check upon the authenticity of the student's final academic documents
Process all changes in the various systems when new evidence is submitted and ensure the correct class registration
Check new student payments and update the status in the various databases accordingly and issue payment receipt to sponsor. If need occurs liaise with accounting teams on campus and Spain (FAST)
Shared team responsibility in the finalisation of the new student's invoices
Prepare all necessary lists for the official registration days and send them to departments concerned
Participate in the registration process on campus
Profile and experiences:
CFC, commercial diploma or equivalent qualification
Having worked in a similar position, in a multicultural environment, for at least 1 year
Computer literate
Fluent written and spoken English and French, other languages a plus
Good knowledge of university admissions policies, standards, and procedures
Ability to work accurately and effectively to deadlines
Positive attitude, team player, well organized, precise and detail driven
Driving license is a plus
