**Admissions and Marketing Officer**
**100% - August 2025**

 

Under the guidance of our Director of Admissions and Marketing, you will be responsible for the following:

* **Admissions:** Support prospective families throughout the entire admissions process - from initial enquiry and school tours to enrolment and onboarding. Ensure accurate data entry and tracking in CRM/iSAMS, and assist with key re-enrolment and retention initiatives.
* **Marketing and Communication:** Contribute to the school-s marketing efforts by developing and updating content for newsletters, social media platforms, the website, and other promotional materials, ensuring consistency with our tone of voice and brand identity.
* **Community Engagement:** Represent LCIS at open days, education fairs, and community events. Build and nurture positive relationships with prospective and current families, alumni, and feeder schools.

 

**Qualifications and Skills:**

* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
* 2-5 years- experience in admissions, marketing, or client-facing roles, preferably in education or service sectors.
* Fluent spoken and written English and French (C1 level).
* Strong communication skills and eye for visual design.
* Confident using CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and Canva or similar tools.
* Proactive, detail-oriented, and skilled in multitasking.
* Warm, professional, and culturally sensitive approach.
* Clear criminal record and eligibility to work in Switzerland (work permit or EU nationality).
