Main tasks: You will conduct checks in companies (working conditions, work environment, compliance), prepare control reports and verify documents, assist the secretaries of joint committees in CCT especially regarding requests, analyses, follow-ups, drafting decisions, and payment requests to the CRCT. You will inform the: You hold a higher degree in finance and accounting or legal with federal diploma, fiduciary agent or HEG, or an equivalent qualification; You have a minimum of 5 years of confirmed experience in X or in fiduciary with a sensitivity to the legal environment; You have a good knowledge of labor law and social insurance AVS/AI/APG/AC and other dedicated tasks; You have excellent writing skills and a perfect command of the French language both orally and in writing; You are proficient with tools and have a good command of Excel; You are Swiss or hold a valid work permit.
