We assist property owners in implementing and managing local energy solutions, particularly solar and community projects (RCP). Our mission is simple: to transform building rooftops into profitable energy assets while providing green and local electricity. We design, install, and manage the energy equipment of buildings to maximize performance and profitability. In the context of our company's development, we are looking for a Manager (M/F) – 40 to 60% Profile Required We are looking for an experienced, organized, and particularly rigorous individual with a strong customer service and quality orientation. You are comfortable in a central role and take responsibility for advancing topics to their conclusion. Qualifications: Business employee or equivalent title or experience. Experience: Confirmed experience, minimum X in a position ideally in real estate, energy, or a similar environment. Skills and qualities: Excellent ability to manage priorities and follow-up on files. High reliability in the execution and follow-up of processes and financial management. Ability to manage projects independently. Analytical capability and proactivity in addressing identified issues. Comfortable with oral and written communication with a service and resolution-oriented mindset. Ability to work autonomously while ensuring effective coordination with multiple stakeholders (management, property management, partners). Perfect command of French, good knowledge of German, both spoken and written; English would be an asset that makes a difference. You appreciate that processes are clear and well-implemented. You are someone who never forgets a file and does not let go of a subject until it is resolved.
