Together with your colleagues, you will actively participate in the daily management of the company, the monitoring of certain commercial activities, as well as various accounting tasks. This varied position offers the opportunity to evolve in a dynamic environment, in contact with numerous internal and external stakeholders. A progressive transition is planned with our current accountant in the context of their upcoming departure.Main tasks:- Telephone reception and email processing- Management of mail and routine tasks- Management and follow-up of client files- Management of filing and archiving of documents- Commercial support- Support for technical and commercial teams- Monitoring of various commercial activities- Participation in various projects and administrative tasks- Verification and control of supplier invoices- Management of creditors and payments- Follow-up of debtors and collections- Bank reconciliations- Support for the preparation of VAT statements and documents with the fiduciary and external partners- Assistance with certain tasks related to personnel managementYour profile:- Federal Diploma of Vocational Education and Training (CFC) in commerce or equivalent- Confirmed professional experience of several years in a similar function- Experience in accounting desired- Good command of standard tools (Microsoft Office)- Excellent command of French in writing and speaking- Sense of rigor and discretion- Ability to manage several tasks simultaneously and to define priorities- Ability to work autonomously while appreciating teamwork- Versatility, team spirit, and sense of responsibility- Ease in contacts with clients, suppliers, and partnersConsidered an asset:- Experience within a small to medium-sized enterprise- Knowledge of WordPress or a CMS- Knowledge of social networks (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)- Knowledge of accounting software or ERP- Interest in the fields of heating, energy, or construction jid55c4243aen jit0626aen jpiy26aen
