Description

  • Manage daily office operations and ensure the workplace runs smoothly.
  • Handle administrative tasks, including correspondence and document management.
  • Welcome and assist visitors in a professional manner at reception.
  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments for the team.
  • Support in organizing events and internal office activities.
  • Maintain office supplies and liaise with vendors when necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all administrative tasks.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to support the BANKING & FINANCIAL SERVICES department.

Profile

A successful Administrative Assistant / Office Assistant should have:

  • A background in administration, office management, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in English and French, both written and spoken.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Knowledge of administrative tools and software.
  • Experience within the finanicial sector is an advantage.
  • A professional attitude and excellent communication skills.
