Responsibilities

  • Welcoming clients and managing telephone calls.
  • Managing emails, organising administrative documents, scanning and archiving.
  • Coordinating appointments and managing administrative support for the Management.
  • Assisting the team in preparing reports and presentations.
  • Maintaining effective communication with clients and partners.
  • Basic accounting entry using accounting software (Crésus) and document management.
  • Managing clients' tax documents (receipt, collection and verification).



Qualifications

  • Training in administration or equivalent experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in IT tools (MS Office, especially Word, Excel and Outlook).
  • Knowledge of the Crésus accounting programme would be an advantage.
  • Good written French skills with strong writing abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Professional attitude and customer service orientation.
