A true reference person at the office, you act as the link between clients, technicians, suppliers, and management.- Reception and telephone and physical handling of clients- Management of emails and current correspondence- Management of appointments and schedules, in coordination with the technical manager- Opening, monitoring, and filing of client files- Monitoring of interventions and construction sites- Management and monitoring of employee hours and petty cash- Offers, invoicing, and current accounting- Establishment and monitoring of debtor invoices- Monitoring of creditor invoices and assistance with current accounting- Technical monitoring and filing and monitoring of OIBT documents- Ordering of materials and monitoring of deliveries with technicians- Monitoring of deadlines and remindersYour profile:- You hold a Federal Diploma of Vocational Education and Training (CFC) as a commercial employee or an equivalent qualification.- Experience in an electrical, building, construction company, or in a technical environment is an asset.- You are comfortable with standard tools, particularly Word and Excel.
