Our client is looking for an Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support to a team of project managers in real estate development. You will contribute to the smooth running of several projects by ensuring the administrative, documentary and financial follow-up of operations.

Responsibilities
- Provide daily administrative support to a team of project managers.
- Prepare agendas, organise meetings and draft minutes.
- Format, track and distribute various administrative documents (letters, contracts, amendments, award confirmations, etc.).
- Manage filing, archiving and updating documents on the internal software.
- Monitor dashboards, meeting schedules and distribution lists.
- Manage the company’s general email inbox.
- Administratively check invoices and update cost tracking tables.
- Participate in the administrative follow-up of tenders and awards (formatting files, receiving offers, comparative tables).
Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in an administrative assistant role, ideally in real estate, construction, property development, a property management company or an architectural firm.
- Excellent writing skills and proficiency in document formatting.
- Very good command of Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Teams) as well as Word and Excel.
- Excellent organisational skills, thoroughness and attention to detail.
- Comfortable managing multiple files simultaneously and document tracking.
- Good understanding of administrative and financial processes.
- Driving licence essential.
