In order to complete its team, the Human Resources Department is looking for a part-time position (60%) - Class 10. Working days: Wednesday / Thursday / Friday. You will play a key role in the development of the new sector of the municipality. This will involve supporting all employees as well as apprentices in acquiring their skills and their career path. Mission: Complete follow-up as well as logistical support for activity management (registrations, attendance tracking, career plan monitoring, room management, contacts with stakeholders, implementation and processes related to internal and external communication; close collaboration with the Head of the sector and various departments to identify needs; Individual follow-up and internal and external analysis of the benchmark of training organizations and database management; monitoring of the budget and follow-up with internal and external stakeholders; Contributing to the management and recruitment steps for apprentices; academic monitoring with schools and internal collaboration around job offers and sector projects; Monitoring youth employment positions and everyday management; Implementation and transmission of tools used within the municipality and all tasks related to the activity of the sector.Requirements: Hold a diploma in a commercial field or deemed equivalent; Knowledge or strong interest in the management of human resources; continuous training in this area is a plus (e.g. courses oriented towards FSEA, short courses in management or digital tools); Must have at least 5 years of professional experience in the same or related field; Ability to manage and oversee multiple files simultaneously; Be proactive and analytical, with good prioritization skills; Demonstrate rigor, autonomy, and adaptability; Excellent interpersonal skills and a taste for teamwork; Good knowledge of institutions.Start date: Immediate or to be agreed upon.
