Administrative and Technical Manager

What you accomplish

  • Plan and coordinate OIBT inspections of the various sites.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory deadlines.
  • Organise interventions with external partners, site managers and tenants.
  • Monitor identified defects and ensure their treatment within the allotted time.
  • Follow up until the complete closure of files.
  • Manage documentation related to inspections and installations
  • Keep databases, dashboards and monitoring indicators up to date.
  • Ensure traceability and archiving of documents.

What you bring

  • Education: Completed professional apprenticeship (CFC)
  • Specialisation: Commercial, administrative or technical training.
  • Professional experience: 2 to 3 years administrative and technical
  • Be the preferred contact for various internal and external stakeholders.
  • Participate in the continuous improvement of monitoring and management processes
  • Excellent reasoning and analytical skills.
  • Strong ability to understand new issues and to evolve in a technical environment.
  • Very good organisational and planning skills.
  • Great rigour in administrative and documentary follow-up
  • Methodical, precise and detail-oriented.
  • Ease in managing many files simultaneously
  • Excellent writing and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in common IT tools, especially Excel.
  • French (C1)
