Administrative and Technical Manager

What you accomplish
- Plan and coordinate OIBT inspections of the various sites.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory deadlines.
- Organise interventions with external partners, site managers and tenants.
- Monitor identified defects and ensure their treatment within the allotted time.
- Follow up until the complete closure of files.
- Manage documentation related to inspections and installations
- Keep databases, dashboards and monitoring indicators up to date.
- Ensure traceability and archiving of documents.
What you bring
- Education: Completed professional apprenticeship (CFC)
- Specialisation: Commercial, administrative or technical training.
- Professional experience: 2 to 3 years administrative and technical
- Be the preferred contact for various internal and external stakeholders.
- Participate in the continuous improvement of monitoring and management processes
- Excellent reasoning and analytical skills.
- Strong ability to understand new issues and to evolve in a technical environment.
- Very good organisational and planning skills.
- Great rigour in administrative and documentary follow-up
- Methodical, precise and detail-oriented.
- Ease in managing many files simultaneously
- Excellent writing and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in common IT tools, especially Excel.
- French (C1)
