JOB DESCRIPTION

Biolid Switzerland is recruiting an Administrative and Accounting Manager who will be responsible in particular for tasks related to the execution of accounting operations, personnel administration, payroll management and general services management:

Administrative and accounting management:

  • Check the validity of accounting documents;
  • Record current accounting and liaise with the fiduciary for technical aspects and for the annual audit;
  • Prepare bank reconciliation statements;
  • Carry out VAT recording and declarations;
  • Participate in closings/settlements, prepare audit files;
  • File and archive accounting documents;

Personnel administration:

  • Complete all administrative formalities for employee entry and exit;
  • Draft contracts and work amendments and any other administrative documents (such as certificates);
  • Support the update of our Group HRIS;
  • Support and assist the HRIS improvement project.

Payroll management:

  • Ensure payroll processing (pay slips, payments...);
  • Enter variable payroll elements and liaise with the payroll provider;
  • Payroll control of elements sent directly by our HRIS.

Supervision of general expenses:

  • Monitor the layout and development of premises in compliance with schedules, budgets, safety and the group’s quality and environmental procedures;
  • Manage purchases of equipment, supplies or services to ensure the smooth running of the office and liaise with Group General Services (equipment, various subscriptions, security, works, furniture, cleaning company, etc.);
  • Resolve administrative, logistical and practical issues to ensure the smooth running of the office;
  • Be responsible for monitoring budgets related to General Services activities.

QUALIFICATIONS

Holder of a CFC commercial employee qualification, you have at least 3 years’ experience in accounting in an accounting firm or company.

You are rigorous, organised and responsive and enjoy teamwork.

Proactive, you carry out your work efficiently, rigorously, within deadlines and in compliance with established procedures.

Proficiency in IT tools is required (Excel, Word and PowerPoint). Knowledge of accounting software and in particular initial use of an ERP and/or WinGest is a plus, but not essential.
