Biolid Switzerland is recruiting an Administrative and Accounting Manager who will be responsible for accounting execution, personnel, payroll management, and general services management:JOB DESCRIPTIONBiolid Switzerland is recruiting an Administrative and Accounting Manager who will be responsible for accounting execution, personnel, payroll management, and general services management:Management and Accounting:- Check the validity of accounting documents;- Record current accounting and liaise with the fiduciary for technical aspects and annual audits;- Establish bank reconciliation statements;- Carry out the recording and declaration of VAT;- Participate in closings, prepare audit files;- File and archive documents.Personnel:- Perform all entry and exit formalities for employees, draft employment contracts and amendments, and any other document (such as work certificates);- Ensure the update of our Group HRIS;- Accompany and provide support for the deployment project of our HRIS.Payroll Management:- Ensure the processing of payroll (pay slips, payments, etc.);- Carry out the entry of variable payroll elements and exchange with the payroll provider;- Control payroll elements sent directly by our HRIS.Supervision of General Expenses:- Ensure the monitoring of layout and the evolution of premises in compliance with schedules, budgets, safety, and the group's quality and environmental procedures;- Manage the ordering of supplies or services allowing the proper functioning of the office and liaise with Group General Services (various subscriptions, security, works, furniture, cleaning company, etc.);- Resolve logistical issues to ensure the proper functioning of the office;- Be responsible for monitoring budgets related to General Services activity.PROFILEHolder of a CFC in commercial employment, you have at least 3 years of experience in accounting in a firm or in a company. You are rigorous, organized, and responsive, and you enjoy teamwork. Proactive, you carry out your work with efficiency, rigor, within the allotted deadlines, and in compliance with established procedures. Mastery of office tools is required (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint). Mastery of accounting software and in particular initial experience with an ERP and/or WinGest is a plus, without being mandatory.
