For our client, we are looking for an administrative and accounting assistant for a Lausanne-based client on a part-time basis.Responsibilities:- Support management with plans and organize and schedule internal and external meetings- Prepare reports, correspondence, and take minutes- Ensure proper bookkeeping with the fiduciary and manage follow-up and budget forecasting- Manage correspondence and ensure internal and external communicationThe profile sought:- Commercial employee CFC or equivalent diploma- Successful experience in a similar role, ideally in the public sector- Good knowledge of accounting techniques- Comfortable with office software tools- Language: FrenchRate: 60% for the first month, then a reduction to between 40% and 50% for the following monthsFlexibility: Variable schedule and possibility of teleworkingStart date: June 1st or during JuneWe look forward to receiving your application. jid8d33ef1aen jit0519aen jpiy26aen
