In this exciting new role within the Actuarial Systems team, we are seeking a Senior P&C Systems Solutions Expert/Developer who will play a crucial role in the further development of Actuarial P&C Finance business solutions on our data warehouse and analytical platform.

Your primary focus will be on building end-to-end processes, enhancing the analytical capabilities of our solutions, and automating processes using SQL, Python, and other modern technologies.

What you will do

• Develop and maintain end-to-end actuarial solutions using SQL and Python to support P&C actuarial finance functions, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
• Design and implement automated processes to improve efficiency and accuracy in actuarial tasks.
• Enhance the analytical capabilities of our solutions to provide deeper insights and support decision-making, while maintaining a strong customer focus.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure solutions meet both current and future business needs.
• Apply holistic thinking to design user-friendly solutions that address functional and non-functional requirements.

What you bring

• Proven experience in developing P&C actuarial solutions, combined with proficiency in SQL and Python for complex solution development and maintenance.
• Strong analytical skills for building advanced analytical capabilities, with experience in data warehousing and data warehouse solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to automate processes, improve operational efficiency, and build holistically solutions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to gather and understand stakeholder requirements, with a customer-focused mindset.
• Fluency in German and English, with an interest or progress in pursuing actuarial studies being advantageous.
