Our dynamic team strives to offer you missions related to your project on behalf of our client, an operator of two socio-medical establishments in Geneva accommodating 73 residents and 86 residents respectively, we are looking for a: Manager (80-100%) – EMS Your main missions: - Participate in defining and implementing institutional policies- Carry a global vision of the institution by promoting interdisciplinary work- Develop and implement policies in line with the institutional project- Ensure individualized support for residents and respect their pace according to their abilities - Supervise the establishment and follow-up of individualized support projects (PIA)- Organize and coordinate individual and collective activities- Oversee and manage teams at both sites- Ensure supervision of interns, apprentices, volunteers, and external interveners- Participate in institutional events - Manage the service budget and propose development projects - Collaborate with families, relatives, and network partners Your qualifications: - A degree in social work, FPP, or a willingness to train for the support of people with disabilities - Experience in management and team supervision - Good knowledge of the institutional artistic network (music, singing, visual arts, etc.) - Proficiency in French and good writing skills - Mastery of Office 365 tools - A driving license Personal qualities: - Sense of ethics and responsibilities - Leadership, dynamism, and ability to work in a team - Tolerance and respect for individuals They offer: - A stimulating and humane work environment - A function within a committed institution - Working conditions according to the standards of the canton of Geneva - The opportunity to develop innovative projects jid89d0ab0aen jit0414aen jpiy26aen
