Through your reassuring presence, you collaborate with the multidisciplinary team in a caring framework, respectful of the institution's values and principles. Required qualifications: Health assistant CRS, CFC ASE/ASSC, or another qualification in the social field. Experience in active caregiving in the social and institutional field is desirable, as well as experience in disability support. Demonstrate autonomy, flexibility, availability, and ease in stress management. Quick learning abilities.
