## Job Description ##

As an AP Accountant 100%, your responsibilities will include:

* Processing and accurately recording supplier invoices;
* Managing and monitoring supplier payments;
* Performing bank reconciliations and investigating any discrepancies;
* Preparing financial reports for the Accounting & Finance department;
* Supporting internal and external audits by providing the required documentation;
* Collaborating with internal teams to resolve discrepancies or disputes;
* Maintaining organized records in compliance with Swiss accounting standards and IFRS ;
* Act as a SAP expert for the implementation;
* Contributing to the continuous improvement of accounting processes.





## The Successful Applicant ##

As an AP Accountant, you have the following profile:

* Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field;
* Strong knowledge of Swiss accounting principles;
* Proficiency in SAP S4 HANA
* Fluent in English, with good written and spoken **French B2** skills;
* Ability to work in an international environment and meet deadlines;
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data processing.
