## Job Description ##
* Process and verify invoices in alignment with company policies and procedures.
* Ensure timely payments to vendors and resolve any discrepancies efficiently.
* Reconcile accounts payable transactions to maintain accurate financial records.
* Support month-end and year-end closing processes as required.
* Review PO, travel and expenses
* Reconciliations and variance analysis on AP and AR
* Coordinate with internal departments to address payment-related queries.
* Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records for audits.
* Assist in improving accounts payable workflows for better efficiency.
## The Successful Applicant ##
A successful Accounts Payable 80%-100% should have:
* An academic background in Accounting, Finance.
* Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, particularly Excel and SAP are an advantage.
* Previous experience in accounts payable or a similar role within a medium-sized structure.
* Fluency in English and French.
* An eye for detail and accuracy in financial processes.
* An ability to work effectively in a team and meet deadlines.
