As part of the development of adult training activities, formacomm is looking for a trainer specialised in financial, analytical accounting and the Crésus suite.

You will deliver individualised and/or group training sessions aimed at an adult audience, covering levels TQG 1 and TQG 2 (Quantitative Management Techniques). You will actively contribute to the pedagogical quality of the services as well as to the professional skills development of the participants.

Your responsibilities

• Prepare, organise and deliver training in financial accounting

• Prepare, organise and deliver training on the Crésus Accounting and Payroll suite

• Design, structure and update teaching materials, exercises and assessments

• Assess learning outcomes and adapt teaching methods to the level and pace of participants

• Integrate digital tools and artificial intelligence (AI) into the teaching approach

• Prepare reports for state authorities

• Participate in evaluation sessions in the presence of advisors

Your profile

• Federal diploma as a specialist in finance and accounting, HES Bachelor, university Bachelor or equivalent qualification

• Practical experience in teaching accounting and the Crésus suite (or other accounting software)

• Very good knowledge of Microsoft 365

• Ability to differentiate teaching according to heterogeneous levels
