Secretary – Accounting & Administration (50–60%)

Location: Vevey | Start date: immediately | Rate: 50% to 60% (max. 60%)

For our company specialised in kitchen fitting in Vevey, we are looking for a secretary at 50–60% immediately to strengthen our team.

Your tasks

  • Handling mail and reception / order intake at the showroom
  • Managing incoming calls (clients, property managers, architects, new requests, suppliers, etc.)
  • Scheduling appointments and organising the Director’s diary
  • Preparing order confirmations, deposit requests, invoices and payment reminders
  • Placing orders with suppliers according to kitchen delivery dates
  • Checking suppliers’ order confirmations
  • Checking invoices, filing and preparing for payment
  • Generating monthly payslips: checking contributions, allowances, etc.
  • Monitoring and supervising the apprentice’s training
  • Planning deliveries, installation and after-sales service in collaboration with the boss

Your profile

  • Commercial employee CFC
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in administration / secretarial work
  • Experience in the construction sector: an advantage
  • Very good stress management, ability to handle unforeseen events and prioritise
  • HR knowledge desired
  • Mandatory apprentice trainer certificate
  • Resident in Switzerland
