In the Finance department, the Qualibroker Swiss Risk & Care group is looking for a: Head of AccountingYour missions: Our expanding group comprises about fifteen legal entities. Under the direction of the Financial Manager, you will be responsible for managing the accounting department and ensuring compliance and processes.Management of the Accounting Department- Supervise a team of 6 people, spread between Geneva and German-speaking Switzerland.- Optimize task distribution and develop the team’s skills.- Collaborate with the controlling and brokerage departments.- Ensure a working environment conducive to performance and well-being. 2. Processes and Risk Management- Lead continuous projects.- Optimize accounting software and introduce new IT solutions.- Strengthen internal controls and document processes.Accounting Expertise- Ensure compliance with CO standards and manage the technical aspects of accounting (taxation, VAT, CO-IFRS reclassification…)- Prepare and follow up on audits, and support merger/acquisition processes.- Ensure the quality of analytical accounting.4.
