Present in Switzerland, France, Canada, Spain, Portugal, Belgium, and Côte d'Ivoire, we are here to assist you.Group Accounting & Reporting Manager FR/GER - NeuchâtelOn behalf of a Swiss subsidiary of a group, engaged in a growth phase, we are looking for a Group Accounting & Reporting Manager.Responsibilities:- Assume full responsibility for the accounting and reporting of a Swiss entity integrated into a group.- Manage periodic closures according to Swiss accounting standards.- Supervise auxiliary accounts and validate complex entries.- Ensure monitoring of investments (CAPEX), amortizations, and asset disposals.- Produce monthly group reporting and quarterly packages.- Serve as the main point of contact for external auditors and the group.- Manage and develop a small accounting team.- Contribute to the financial activities in development, in a context of .Profile:- Higher education in finance/accounting (Federal Diploma, HEG; expert title a plus).- Approximately 10 years of experience in accounting and reporting, ideally in a group environment.- Confirmed autonomy in closures, reporting, and audit/group interactions.- Proven experience in team management.- Excellent knowledge of Swiss CO and IFRS, a plus.- Comfortable with modern ERPs and advanced Excel.- Fluent in French and German.- Structured, reliable personality, deadline-oriented, with a good team spirit and strong stress resilience.Does this job description match you?
