Responsibilities

Reporting to General Management, you will take responsibility for all accounting and financial activities of the company:

• Management of general and analytical accounting
• Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual closings
• Production of financial reports and performance analyses
• Management of cash flow and tax matters
• Preparation of budgets and monitoring of forecasts
• Participation in the continuous improvement of financial processes
• Supervision and development of an accounting colleague
• Support to Management in strategic and operational reflections

Candidate Profile

• Federal diploma as a Specialist in Finance and Accounting desired or equivalent training (Bachelor, Master or comparable qualification)
• Good knowledge of Swiss accounting, taxation and financial reporting
• Fluent French, both spoken and written (level C1)
• Professional English (level B2) desired
• Experience within an SME or a human-scale structure appreciated
• Team spirit and sense of collaboration
• Pragmatic and operational approach
• Excellent interpersonal skills, humility, reliability and sense of responsibility
