As part of a dynamic and globally connected finance organization, the Swiss entity plays a key role in statutory reporting and cross‑border financial processes. To strengthen the local team, we are currently seeking aAccountant (Ref Nr) Swiss GAAP FER - German speakingPermanent Contract | 60 – 100%In this versatile finance role, you will be responsible for managing Swiss statutory accounting, preparing financial statements, and supporting international transfer pricing activities. You will collaborate closely with U.S. finance colleagues, external auditors, tax advisors, and internal stakeholders. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to a broad range of accounting, reporting, and process‑improvement initiatives within an international environment.Your main tasksManage statutory accounting and financial reporting for the Swiss entity in compliance with local regulations and internal policiesPrepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including balance sheet, P&L, and supporting schedulesMaintain the general ledger, including reconciliations, journal entries, and analytical reviewsCoordinate with external auditors and tax advisors for VAT, corporate tax filings, and financial auditsCollaborate with international finance teams on transfer pricing documentation, analysis, and intercompany reportingOversee key accounting processes such as cash, investments, receivables, payables, fixed assets, payroll, and tax‑related itemsIdentify and drive process improvements in accounting workflows, reporting accuracy, and operational efficiencyYour profileBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field2-4 years of relevant experience in Swiss accountingStrong knowledge of IFRS and Swiss GAAP FER, including hands‑on experience with statutory reportingProficiency with Microsoft Office and experience working with ERP systemsHolds a professional accounting certification (e.g., CPA)Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and solve complex accounting issuesExcellent communication skills in English; German language skills are an advantageDetail‑oriented, organized, and able to work independently within tight deadlines in a dynamic international environmentCarmen Aczél is looking forward to receiving your application documents (CV, diploma, reference letters; no motivational letter necessary):reference numberby mail to jobs(at) or through our website Full discretion is guaranteed and we will gladly answer any additional questions. jidad0291ea jit0309a jiy26a
