## Job Description ##
Accounting & Financial Operations
* Perform daily accounting tasks and support month-end and year-end closings
* Manage client fee processing and monitoring
* Handle invoicing, expenses, accruals, interests, cash position monitoring
* Prepare and monitor reconciliations (accounts, positions, transactions)
* Support regulatory reporting requirements
* Assist with VAT calculations and declarations
* Ensure accuracy and compliance with internal controls and Swiss banking standards
Business Intelligence & Systems
* Collaborate with IT on process automation and data-driven initiatives
* Support the bank's ongoing AI and digital transformation projects
* Assist in improving reporting structures and data flows
* Contribute to system testing, validation, and enhancements
## The Successful Applicant ##
* Minimum 3 years' experience in accounting within the banking sector
* Strong understanding of banking operations and accounting principles
* Advanced Excel skills (complex formulas, pivot tables, macros)
* Experience with SQL and/or Python
* Comfortable working with large datasets and reporting tools
* Ability to communicate clearly with both finance and IT teams
* Fluent in English or French; both is an advantage
Nice-to-Have Skills
* Experience with Power BI or Tableau
* Knowledge of APSYS banking system
* Background in a Big 4 accounting or audit firm
* Experience with system migrations or automation projects
