Rigor and attention to detail will be essential to ensure accurate and reliable accounts while supporting the finance manager in various tasks. Main activities: Management of accounts receivable and payable Follow-up / Reminder – Collection / and closing; preparation of documents for auditors Assistance and preparation of VAT statements and closures – (quarterly / annual) Support in cash management and liquidity management Implementation of internal processes Filing and management of master data Correspondence (clients, suppliers, banks, authorities -: CFC in commercial employee, possibly continued in accounting Experience: several years of experience in the field of finance and accounting Personal qualities: Structured working method, autonomous, precise and proactive / Friendly personality focused on service / Willingness to perform and flexibility / Very good knowledge of MS-Office and ERP, ideally SAP Business One / French language with good knowledge of German and what we offer A varied and interesting job in a dynamic environment with exciting projects, an open corporate culture and modern working conditions.
