We are looking for a dynamic and client-oriented EAM & a ClieAccount Manager - EAM Desk - Spanish speakingWe are looking for a dynamic and client-oriented EAM & a Client Support Officer to strengthen the EAM X our client.Account Manager - EAM Desk - Spanish speakingA bank in Management & Business DevelopmentDevelop, manage, and maintain strong partnerships with External Asset Managers and their clients.Identify growth opportunities and contribute to the expansion of the EAM X proactive outreach and follow?up.Present the bank s full service offering to EAM X support client visits and events.Understand client needs and propose tailored solutions aligned with and internal and monitor EAM X , ensuring timely follow?up on requests, movements, and account events.Account Management & OnboardingHandle the end?to?end account opening process, ensuring full compliance with and EAM X , ensuring thorough and alignment with evolving requirements.Support account closures, file processes, and periodic and processing of simple account openings when & Transactional SupportExecute client instructions efficiently and (payments, stock exchange orders, credit cards, etc.) while ensuring compliance with internal procedures.Monitor transaction flow and take corrective measures when necessary in with middle?office and back?office teams.Provide daily support including e?banking setup, account and ad?hoc client timely of daily financial market on the digital & Internal as a key liaison between EAMs, internal teams, and managers.Maintain a and trustworthy with internal departments (Central File, Middle Office, Back Office).Provide support to colleagues in case of absence and contribute to maintaining a team spirit.ProfileExperience & degree (finance, business or equivalent).Relevant experience in banking, ideally within an EAM?focused department (years of experience flexible).Strong understanding of the EAM X Swiss banking in FrenchFluent English (minimum: X level).Fluent Spanish - required for the role.Additional languages are an asset.Technical SkillsStrong command of standard office tools and banking to manage account openings, and risk aspects.Personal SkillsStrong client and commercial mindset.Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal organized, structured, and capable of managing priorities independently.Proactive, agile, and solutions?driven, with strong to , humble, and adaptable to a fast?paced PB Offer- jidd2c0445aen jit0414aen jpiy26aen
