Account Executive (Customer Service)12-month fixed-term X possibility of becoming permanentWhy this job is for you:Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will handle the daily activities of customer accounts and make tactical decisions regarding those accounts. You will partner with Sales & Marketing, Supply Chain and third-party vendors to develop and execute customer-specific account plans to improve efficiency, profitability and customer will be responsible for:Order to Cash Management: Manage order entry and management, identify and resolve order issues to organize shipment of goods from X of origin to a by the agreed delivery and for the agreed price.Customer Serve as daily Interface, maintaining a strong working with the customers to ensure customer commitments are met or exceeded.Service Level Execution: Understand customer needs and service through clear, proactive and effective skills. Deliver high quality customer service to Internal and external logistics teams X customers.Logistics: Proactively act as liaison between customers and internal stakeholders to successfully execute customer supply needs while balancing customer with feasability.Pricing: Understand and apply pricing policy and procedures.
