In this role

You will independently and expertly handle complex benefit cases within the framework of mandatory accident insurance (LAA).

Your main activity will focus on managing demanding files in Italian. Depending on the team’s needs, you will also handle other files in German.

You will work closely with an experienced team and make an essential contribution to high-quality case management, compliant with legislation and oriented towards insured persons’ satisfaction.

Your tasks

• Manage accident insurance cases independently and responsibly according to LAA.
• Assess entitlement to benefits (daily allowances, medical expenses, impairment of integrity, pensions, etc.).
• Obtain, review and analyse medical and administrative documents.
• Check invoices and issue well-founded, consistent and duly justified benefit decisions.
• Maintain contact in writing and by phone with insured persons, employers, care providers and social security organisations.
• Actively participate in effective, client-oriented and high-quality case management.

Your profile

• You hold a commercial apprenticeship certificate (CFC) or equivalent training.
• You have excellent and solid knowledge in accident insurance (LAA).
• Ideally, you hold a federal specialist certificate in insurance (AFA/ASA) or social insurance specialist.
• You are fluent in Italian and German (C1-C2 level) to handle complex benefit cases (essential criterion).
• You are organised and proactive, ready to continuously develop your skills in your field. You can work independently as well as in a team.
• Dynamic and flexible, you enjoy human contact and know how to build trust with your various interlocutors.
