In the Customer Operations sector, you will help shape the customer experience for those who have suffered a claim and receive benefits. Our clients are at the heart of our concerns and we seek, together with them, a solution tailored to their needs. • Take charge of and manage cases in mandatory and supplementary accident insurance
• Be the trusted contact for our clients, placing their needs at the centre of every decision

• A dynamic, positive and proactive personality, who does not hesitate to take initiatives
• A good balance between autonomy and team spirit - you progress alone, but never without others
• Excellent command of written French; German and/or English are a real plus
• Solid foundations in social insurance - and a desire to go even further
