We are looking for a Service Support Manager - Access Control Software for a structure, one of the world leaders in access solutions, located in the Lausanne region. Service Support Manager - Access Control SoftwareMISSION DESCRIPTIONYou will manage deployment projects and access control systems from the software side. You will supervise support activities and ensure service quality in compliance with SLAs. You will coordinate the commissioning consulting team, prioritize and allocate activities, and ensure effective incident management and resolution. You will optimize support processes (methodology, techniques, KPIs). You will be the technical reference for software solutions and other associated services.PROFILEYou justify at least 5 years of experience in software support along with managing a support service. You possess excellent knowledge of infrastructure and networking. You know how to establish a lasting trust relationship with clients. You have a structured, proactive, and solution-oriented approach. Good knowledge of English and/or German (minimum B2/C1).
